Textura was first published in 2014. This journal contains scientific writings in the form of research, analytical studies, application of theory, and discussion of various issues related to the fields of Linguistic, Social and Humanities. This journal takes the name TEXTURA, taken from Latin which means structure, network, and language, with the understanding that language in a broad sense is very diverse, structured, but also interrelated, interconnected, forming a unified network. As for the peculiarities of Textura is the variation of articles that can be found in English, of course because in it there are fields of linguistics and literature. Likewise, studies on state administration, religion, philosophy, law, to communication science, thus increasing the treasury and scope of this journal. In its journey, during the period from 2014-2018, Textura was present in the form of a printed journal with ISSN 2339 1820. 2019 was the first step for Textura to tread online history through the Open Journal System (OJS).
