Optimalisasi Pemasaran Usaha Kripik Singkong Langgeng melalui Pembuatan Kemasan dan Media Online
Abstract
This study aims to optimize the marketing of Langgeng Cassava Chips Business in Gondang Village, Tulungagung, through packaging innovation and the use of online media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews and direct observation. The results show that changing the packaging from plain plastic to standing pouches with attractive and informative designs successfully enhanced product appeal and sales. Additionally, implementing digital marketing strategies on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee proved effective in expanding market reach. Challenges included limited knowledge of digital marketing and difficulties in packaging design, but these were addressed through mentoring and training. In conclusion, the combination of packaging innovation and online marketing significantly improved competitiveness and business growth. Recommendations for further development include increasing investment in digital training and market research to adapt to consumer trends.
