Abstract
The purpose of this research is to design a prototype conveyor that can sort goods by color using the TCS3200 color sensor. The system identifies 3 colors, namely red, green, and blue. Three servo motors are used for each color. Each motor is activated by a specific color. A DC motor is also used to drive a conveyor that is used to place objects that will be identified by the color sensor. In this study, a mechanical and electronic design for sorting goods using a color sensor TCS3200, servo motors and DC motors is arranged. This sorter can sort items by red, green, and blue.
