Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the influence of BPJS patient registration procedures on the quality of emergency installation services at Rumah Sakit Gigi Mulut Unjani Cimahi. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Techniques of collecting the data were used by observation, literature review and questionnaire as many as 94 respondents.From the results of a simple linear regression test it was found that the X variable BPJS patient registration procedure had an influence on the Y Variable Quality of BPJS patient services by 76.9% while the remaining 23.1% was influenced by other variables. From the results of the research carried out there were several problems including: (1) The existence of non-emergency patients who register as BPJS patients in Emergency Services (2) Lack of patient understanding of BPJS registration procedures in emergency installations (3) Duration of medical record file collection As for the author's suggestion, namely: (1) The hospital should make a notice placed at registration about the criteria for Emergency Patients, (2) We recommend that you regularly carry out socialization on the registration procedures for BPJS participants, (3) We recommend storing medical record files close to outpatient registration and emergency registration.
