Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of krasida credit on capital rental income at PT. Pegadaian 2014-2018 period. The method used is a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of library research. The results showed that the distribution was normal. The result of correlation analysis between variable X and variable Y is r = 0.997, which means that it is positively related and has a very strong degree of relationship. The result of the determination coefficient analysis is 99.3%, which means that there is a very strong influence. The linear regression equation is Y = - 7549,956 + 0.128x. Hypothesis test results show that the significant value is (0.000> 0.5), which means that cracide has an effect on capital rental income. Problems that have arisen include the increasing number of goods made of krasida products that are auctioned online on behalf of PT. Pegadaian, an error in the estimation of pawing objects and customers often making late payments.Suggestions given in this research are PT. Pegadaian (Persero) can work with the police, conduct routine training for an appraiser, and must have special employees to remind customers not to be late in paying.
