Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of electronic medical records (EMR) confidentiality protection on Hospital Accreditation Standards - Medical Records and Health Information Management (STARKES MRMIK) Element II in hospitals. The protection of EMR confidentiality is crucial as it contains patients' medical history, in line with the established accreditation standards. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires, literature reviews, observations, and interviews, and analyzed statistically. Studies have shown that ESDM heating systems significantly affect MRMIK Level II STARKES. At the 10% level of significance, the computed T-value of 15.182 is higher than the T-table value of 1.812. The impact size is 95.8%, while the effect sizes of other factors are just 4.2%.
