Abstract

This study aims to design a Radiology Patient Registration Information System for the XYZ Health Center. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis. The findings reveal several issues in the outpatient registration process for radiology patients at the XYZ Health Center: (1) registration is still conducted offline, resulting in inefficiencies, and (2) patient data calculations are done manually, relying on calculators. The recommendations are: (1) Implement an online registration system to improve access to patient data for staff, and (2) utilize digital data processing to eliminate the need for manual calculations. For developing this Information System, Visual Basic 6.0 is used as the programming language, with Microsoft Office Access 2003 for data storage.
