TINJAUAN TATA RUANG PENGOLAHAN DATA REKAM MEDIS GUNA MENUNJANG EFEKTIVITAS KERJA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the layout of medical record data processing to support work effectiveness at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital, Bandung.

The research method used in this final project is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews.

Based on the results of research in the medical record room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital, Bandung, that: 1). The medical record room is narrow so that the room is divided into two rooms, namely on the fifth floor and the sixth floor which results in delays in work effectiveness, 2). The lighting in the room is not evenly distributed 3). there are still officers who do not finish the work on time because the situation in the room is not conducive because employees often chat or nurses who repeatedly ask/borrow medical record files.

The suggestions that the author gives to the problems above are: 1). Repairing the room or room allocation so that it is wider and not far apart, and replacing shelves that are more closed so that they look neat, so that officers are more flexible and more comfortable when working. . 2). Adding or changing lighting to make it brighter. 3). Lack of discipline of officers, because they often chat, the level of discipline must be increased again.
