ANALISIS KELENGKAPAN FORMULIR MASUK KELUAR RAWAT INAP GUNA MENUNJANG MUTU REKAM MEDIS

Abstract

This research examined the completeness of filling out the hospital admission and discharge forms of inpatients to improve the the quality of medical records at Cibabat Cimahi Regional Hospital.In this quantitative research, data obtained from observations, interviews, questionnaires and relevant literatures were analyzed using a descriptive statistic method. Several problems were identified in this research; (1) analysis on the completeness of the forms did not run optimally based on the standard procedures, (2) form analysis was not carried out and only medical records were analyzed limitedly, (3) officers were regarded reckless in filling out the medical record forms.
