While the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study, and a sample of 93 inpatient medical records and 5 medical record officers.Based on the results of research and observations of 93 patient medical record files, it was known that the duration of the waiting time showed (44%) felt the waiting time for service was fast (20-30 minutes), (53%) very fast (<20 minutes), (2%)moderate ( 30-60 minutes), (0%) long (70-80 minutes), (0%) very long (>90 minutes). And the old patients showed (84%) fast (<30 minutes), (16%) moderate (30-60 minutes). From the research conducted at RSUD Bandung Kiwari, some problems were found, namely: (1) there were problems in the distribution process of inpatient medical records because there was no "pneumatictube" (air pressure pipe), (2) the lack of need for a map on storage quality, ( 3) the storage space is too far apart. The suggestions given are: (1) there must be a "pneumatic tube" (air pressure pipe) or additional expedition officers to speed up the distribution process, (2) increase the need for folders so that the quality of the storage is under the procedure, (3) officers must trying so that each patient does not wait long at the registration (TPP).
