PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record is an improvement in information technology used to collect, store, process, and access medical data. Increasing the effectiveness of accurate and fast recording of medical record data can take advantage of current technological advances through Electronic records (RME). This study aims to determine the analysis of the use of electronic medical records on the effectiveness of outpatient services at the General Hospital of Pindad Bandung. The research method used in this final project is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Based on the results of research at the General Hospital Pindad Bandung that 1). Application of electronic medical records that have not been optimal. 2). Inadequate system of facilities and infrastructure 3). An unstable network and connection can cause errors from time to time. 4). Lack of experts in the use of electronic medical records. The suggestions that the author gives to the problems above are 1). It is necessary to increase the application of electronic medical records to improve skills in using them. 2). evaluation and improvement are carried out repeatedly so that this electronic medical record documentation application can be used better. 3). The need to anticipate problems that may arise from the use of electronic medical records.
