Besides Chatbot EVA itself has several other features such as Livechat, Omni Channel, Broadcaster, some of these channels are Whatsapp, Telegram, Web Widget, Line, FB, Instagram, Email, but this system is too complex for those who need a simple chatbot, that's why it was made " Design of Web-Based Telegram and Telegram Chatbot Information Systems at PT EVA. This system was created using the methods of observation, interviews, data mining and UML modeling and then implemented in pure language, the PHP programming language and SQL database and using the Blacbox testing method. Then with the Telegram Chatbot Information System this is intended to create an AI that can be ussed by internal offices and the general public where the AI can be customized with the standards that have been provided, this AI can manage work data for each employee / public, personal notes for each employees / general public and others. This research identifies the problem of effectiveness in terms of inputting cash expenditure data which is manual and can cause the risk of errors in the data processing process. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based accounting information system to record cash budgets. Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, and Activity Diagram are some of the tools used for system design in the development of the Waterfall method, while qualitative research is used to collect data through interviews and observations. This design database is written in PHP and MySQL, and Blackbox is used for system testing. Askrindo Tasikmalaya still uses a manual system, namely Microsoft Excel, when recording payments, although a manual system is certainly less effective and the results are less accurate. Therefore, the developers planned a location-based data framework to collect and pay fees using the PHP programming language and MySQL data set. The method used is the waterfall method, which includes five stages with perception using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and contains three diagrams including use case, activity diagram and class diagram. The aim of this study is the development of a web-based accounting information system for recording cash budgets. The data collection method used is a qualitative method, where there are observations and literature studies related to the subject matter.&nbsp; From the results of the study, the problem faced by the treasurer of the District Office is that the financial administration process still uses the system manually so that its performance is still not effective. This research uses a waterfall model with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is UML (Unified Modelling System) system modeling, namely Activity Diagram and Use Case Diagram. A web-based information system for recording Regional Property (BMD) assets is needed considering that the Cicalengka District Office currently still uses a manual asset recording process. By considering various theories and observations, therefore in this study the author seeks to provide solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach consisting of observation, interviews, and data collection. The author uses UML as the design diagram, PHP as the programming language, and the blackbox method as the system test. The purpose of this study is to create a computerized information system for recording Regional Property (BMD) assets to make it easier for sub-district officers to access, manage, and use information quickly and correctly to advance the development of effective, clean, transparent, and able to meet the demands of change. The data collection techniques used were by interviews, observations and completed by literature study which had related with the problems. Software development methods was made using prototype. From the research done, the factor that inhibited the receipt and expenditure of goods information system was still using the manual method and it was less effective and efficient.
