WEB-BASED AND TELEGRAM CHATBOT INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN AT PT EVA

PT Electronic Virtual Assistant is a company engaged in the Chatbot-Based Application System on various platforms. Besides Chatbot EVA itself has several other features such as Livechat, Omni Channel, Broadcaster, some of these channels are Whatsapp, Telegram, Web Widget, Line, FB, Instagram, Email, but this system is too complex for those who need a simple chatbot, that's why it was made " Design of Web-Based Telegram and Telegram Chatbot Information Systems at PT EVA. This system was created using the methods of observation, interviews, data mining and UML modeling and then implemented in pure language, the PHP programming language and SQL database and using the Blacbox testing method. Then with the Telegram Chatbot Information System this is intended to create an AI that can be ussed by internal offices and the general public where the AI can be customized with the standards that have been provided, this AI can manage work data for each employee / public, personal notes for each employees / general public and others. And in the form of reporting which can be used as a benchmark for each individual or for the whole.

PT Cocbec Communication is a private telecommunications company that develops 5G products and services for the general public and corporations. This research identifies the problem of effectiveness in terms of inputting cash expenditure data which is manual and can cause the risk of errors in the data processing process. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based accounting information system to record cash budgets. Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, and Activity Diagram are some of the tools used for system design in the development of the Waterfall method, while qualitative research is used to collect data through interviews and observations. This design database is written in PHP and MySQL, and Blackbox is used for system testing. A web-based cash expenditure accounting information system application that simplifies the data entry process, saves time and informs complete data is the result of this research

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENCATATAN PELUNASAN PREMI PADA PRODUK KUR DI PT. ASKRINDO TASIKMALAYA BERBASIS WEB

The premium is the amount that the insured pays to the insurer, this amount has been fixed. PT. Askrindo Tasikmalaya still uses a manual system, namely Microsoft Excel, when recording payments, although a manual system is certainly less effective and the results are less accurate. Therefore, the developers planned a location-based data framework to collect and pay fees using the PHP programming language and MySQL data set. The method used is the waterfall method, which includes five stages with perception using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and contains three diagrams including use case, activity diagram and class diagram. By designing this information system, the author hopes to save time and minimize errors when recording payments in the KUR program.

Bandung City Social Service is a local government agency that plays a role in improving people's well-being based on the principles of autonomy and support in the social field. This study identified issues in the design of manual accounting information systems that can lead to recording errors. The aim of this study is the development of a web-based accounting information system for recording cash budgets. Use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams are some of the tools used for system design in developing waterfall method while qualitative research is used to collect data through interviews and observations. This design database is written in PHP and MySQL and Blackbox is used for system testing. The result of this study is a web-based financial planning application that enables employees to present information efficiently and conveniently.

The purpose of this study is to design an administrative information system using a website-based application. The data collection method used is a qualitative method, where there are observations and literature studies related to the subject matter. From the results of the study, the problem faced by the treasurer of the District Office is that the financial administration process still uses the system manually so that its performance is still not effective. This research uses a waterfall model with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is UML (Unified Modelling System) system modeling, namely Activity Diagram and Use Case Diagram. The design of this system is designed with a simple appearance to facilitate and assist the sub-district treasurer in handling the financial administration process and producing the required reports.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENCATATAN ASET BARANG MILIK DAERAH (BMD) DI KANTOR KECAMATAN CICALENGKA

The Cicalengka sub-district office is a government agency responsible for handling general government affairs and providing effective public services to the community. A web-based information system for recording Regional Property (BMD) assets is needed considering that the Cicalengka District Office currently still uses a manual asset recording process. By considering various theories and observations, therefore in this study the author seeks to provide solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach consisting of observation, interviews, and data collection. The author uses UML as the design diagram, PHP as the programming language, and the blackbox method as the system test. The purpose of this study is to create a computerized information system for recording Regional Property (BMD) assets to make it easier for sub-district officers to access, manage, and use information quickly and correctly to advance the development of effective, clean, transparent, and able to meet the demands of change. The system will be easily accessed anywhere, both online and offline by officers.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI E-PROCUREMENT BERBASIS WEB DI AEON DELIGHT INDONESIA

This study aimed to analyze, design, and implementation procurement at Aeon Delight Indonesia. The data collection techniques used were by interviews, observations and completed by literature study which had related with the problems. Software development methods was made using prototype. From the research done, the factor that inhibited the receipt and expenditure of goods information system was still using the manual method and it was less effective and efficient. Therefore, in this research was made design receipt and expenditure of goods information system using Unified Modelling Languange (UML) and implemented by programming languages PHP and also the MySQL as a DBMS (Database Management System). With the existence of this application as a means of processing of receipt and expenditure of goods data processing then it was expected that data processing can run fast and in an optimum order.
