This design aims to describe a goods management information system to achieve a goal in organized decision making to manage data accurately and efficiently. The design of this system is web-based which uses the Laravel Framework, PHP programming language and MySQL data storage. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews and scientific work that is relevant to the problems being experienced. The development model applied is the Waterfall model which aims to make it easier to use in operations. From the research that has been done, there are factors that hinder the administrative information system of emergency installations because it still uses manual methods that are felt to be less effective and efficient so that there are often recording errors, lost data, and reporting delays. Therefore, in this study, an IGD administrative information system design was made using the Visual Studio 2010 programming language and Microsoft Access as the database. From the research done, the factor that inhibited the procurement information system was still using the manual method and it was less effective and efficient. Therefore, in this research was made procurement information system using Unified Modelling Languange (UML) and implemented by programming languages PHP and also the My SQL as a DBMS (Database Management System). With the existence of this application as a means of processing of procurement data processing then it was expected that data processing can run fast and in an optimum order. The fundamental objective in this study is to design and implement Point of Sale information system in Base Metro Mebel Bandung. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods to find original facts and information. Information collection techniques used with observation, documentation, and literature studies are in accordance with the topic of the problem, while the development method used is the prototype method. From the research that the author conducted, there are problems faced by Base Metro, namely that business processes are carried out traditionally, both in managing data and recording transactions carried out. This makes it difficult to make reports on purchase transactions, sales transactions and inventory of goods, so it is felt less effective and efficient. To overcome related problems, the author provides suggestions for business system development through the design of a Point of Sale application system using PHP programming languages and MySQL as databases. The author uses the javascript programming language to design a savings and loan cooperative program and mysql to manage the database. Meanwhile, the system development process uses the stages of the waterfall model. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to develop a system that can inform about ISPU standard air quality. Therefore, this application has been created to facilitate the booking of meeting rooms in hospitals. The schedule and room to be used are also displayed in the app. The method used to build this system is SDLC Waterfall. It aims to simplify and speed up access to information.
