PERANCANGAN UI/UX MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESAIN THINKING PADA WIJANA BAKERY BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Wijana Bakery is a bakery outlet that sells various flavors of bread and cakes, but due to the development of technology, local store outlets or patisserie have been abandoned by the community, especially modern society, because the promotion of marketers is still not too wide. Efforts are made to keep the products sold in demand again, one of which is using technology that is now very developed. Many online shops provide their own platforms but most of them do not pay attention to the visuals and the quietness of the user and the user experience in each feature used. The influence of User Interface and User Experience in designing a prototype on a website is needed so that users get results and experience when getting the product. The design making process uses a thinking method that has five stages that must be passed, namely emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and test.
