PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGOLAHAN DATA CUSTOMER BERBASIS WEBSITE DI PT. LINKNET

Abstract

PT. Linket is a private ISP company that operates in the field of providing Internet services. The process of recording data, both in the form of customer data and scheduling, still uses manual methods such as Microsoft Excel, so it is still less effective and efficient in presenting customer data reports. Therefore, a website-based customer data processing information system is needed and the design process uses PHP and MySQL programming as the database. Meanwhile, the system development used in this research uses the Waterfall model. System design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system is a website that functions so that recording input - output customer data can be done in a structured manner so that it is recorded via this website.
