Abstract

SIMPRESENSI is a web-based attendance application information system intended for students to carry out attendance activities in lectures and assist the academic department of Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic in managing its data.. The problem that occurs is that with current technological developments, Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic has not yet implemented a web-based attendance application information system, so processing attendance data is still not effective. This research aims to implement a web-based attendance application information system using Laravel framework which will make it easier for students to attend lecture attendance activities and make it easier for the academic department to process data or recapitulate data from student attendance. This research uses qualitative research methods and uses the SDLC Waterfall system development method. The information system design in this research uses Flowcharts, data flow diagrams.
