SISTEM INFORMASI POSYANDU BERBASIS WEB DI DESA CIBODAS

Abstract

The Cibodas Village Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a service center for basic community health activities. Posyandu itself is run by posyandu cadres. Services provided include weighing, monitoring nutritional status, and administering vaccines. All activities are recorded and summarized by cadres through bookkeeping. In this case, it is not uncommon for posyandu cadres to experience difficulties in recording activities and also determining nutritional status. Don't forget that cadres have difficulty finding data. Because all recording of posyandu activities is done manually, namely in the form of tables and writing. To store the activity data itself, it is stored in a ledger. Ledger books often disappear due to the large amount of activity archive data. In this case, to help with problems often experienced by cadres, namely by using a good data storage system and model. The result of this research is an information system where the system can record data, determine nutritional status, and search for data. So this system can help posyandu cadres process data more quickly and precisely.
