Slang is a variety of informal and non-standard languages that are seasonal in nature, used by teenagers or certain social groups for internal communication with the intention that those who are not members of the group do not understand. Slang is the language used by certain communities that are rarely understood by other groups or communities. The object of this research is the youth in Pesona Rancaekek Indah. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Therefore, this study aims to describe what slang words are used and the things that influence them. The results of this study indicate that many slang words are used by teenagers in Pesona Rancaekek Indah. And also the factors that influence it due to trends and social media.

ANALISIS MAKNA KATA KEBAIKAN DAN KEBURUKAN DALAM AL-QURAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN HERMENEUTIKA

The study was entitled "Analyzing The Meaning of The Words of Good and Bad in the Al-Quran by The Hermeneutical Approach" that had a purpose to study the meaning of the words good and bad in the Al-Quran. The research methods used are qualitative approaches and apply descriptive methods in the compiling of this article where this study is the data that results from descriptive data relating to the few words derived from the data of writing, words and documents that come from a well-researched and reliable source. This study suggests that a single word in the Al-Quran can have a different meaning, so a word that has the same meaning may have varying wording. Therefore, the Revelations of the words of good and evil contained in the Al-Quran will be discussed in this study.

An Analysis of Second Languange Acquisition of Merchans in Borobudur Temple

The purpose of this research is to analyze Second Languange Acquisition of merchants at Borobudur Temple along with its factors. This research used descriptive method and interview as a techniques. The result of this research showed that Second Languange Acquisition of merchants at Borobudur Temple influenced by natural factors, social background, age and cognitive development.

DIGITALISASI BAHASA DAERAH SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETAHANAN BUDAYA DAERAH

The existence of languages in the world continues to experience a decline in the number of speakers every year, including regional languages in Indonesia. There are 11 regional languages that do not have a single speaker in Indonesia spread over four provinces, namely Maluku Province, North Maluku Province, Papua Province, and West Papua Province (Kemdikbud, 2020). So that this condition does not continue, prevention efforts are needed, one of the efforts that must be done at this time is digitalization. This effort is carried out by diverting media from printed, audio, and video forms to digital forms (Sukmana, 2005). Sundanese is one of the regional languages in Indonesia which is doing the digitization process. The three forms of digitization consist of text, audio, and video which are then converted to digital form and uploaded to the internet. Three indicators of regional cultural resilience show that digitizing regional languages can increase regional cultural resilience. The first indicators identity, the second is being able to overcome foreign cultural attacks, and the third indicator is following the times.

AN ANALYSIS OF MORAL MESSAGES IN TODD PHILLIPS’ JOKER (2019) AND CARL SANDBURG’S GOVERNMENT

This study aims to show that there is a relation in literary works between film and poem, namely the moral message. The works have similar messages in referring to government. The government has its own actions to show the roles, but it is opposite in action like giving injustice roles to the society. Both of works, the society feels pressure with the government’s act. The protest actually did to get the justice. The efforts of society to get the freedom become tragedy when the government is protected by police with striking the society. It is also related to humanity, struggling human rights. It includes to the human right when the people in lower class want to get the justice. It has the similarity with the poem when the people in upper class can do everything to the government with paying judge to dismiss the problem. It is injustice for the society. The writers use the theory of Nurgiyantoro (2007) about moral message in literary works that he said moral message related to humanity, struggling human rights. With this description, the writers use the method of comparative literature by Bassnett (1999) and descriptive qualitative by Creswell (2009) to compare the works and to describe them through narration and visual. Many pictures show to give description about the events happened in the story.

PENGGUNAAN MEDIA GAMBAR BERSERI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN NARASI DALAM MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA PADA SISWA KELAS III SD HIKMAH TELADAN CIMAHI

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi menulis karangan narasi dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri pada siswa kelas 3 SD Hikmah Teladan Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan bahwa media gambar berseri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi peserta siswa 3 SD Hikmah Teladan. Selanjutnya peneliti merekomendasikan: (1) Bagi guru yang mendapatan kesulitan yang sama dapat menerapkan media gambar berseri untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi. (2) Agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal maka dihaharapkan guru dapat membuat media gambar berseri yang lebih menarik dan bervariasi.
