Edukasi Pelayanan Prima di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Pertiwi Makassar
Abstract
Menurut Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 63 tahun 2003 tentang Pedoman Umum Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik menyebutkan bahwa hakikat pelayanan publik seperti rumah sakit ialah pemberian pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam Pengabdian ini adalah pemberian edukasi melalui pemaparan materi-materi. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan terhadap pelayanan prima pada petugas kesehatan agar mampu memberikan performa terbaik dalam melayani pasien maupun masyarakat dan dapat mencapai visi misi di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Pertiwi. Setelah edukasi ini dilaksanakan diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat mengerti dan memahami pelayanan prima di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Pertiwi. Selain itu diharapkan juga pada petugas kesehatan RSKD Ibu dan Anak Pertiwi dapat menerapkan penjelasan dari materi-materi yang telah dipaparkan saat proses edukasi untuk tercapainya pelayanan yang prima.
