Penyuluhan Dan Pelatihan Pengolahan Pisang Di Balai Karangan Dusun Ruis Desa Pengadang Kecamatan Sekayam
Abstract
Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah memberikan Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan Pengolahan Pisang di Balai Karangan Dusun Ruis Desa Pengadang Kec. Sekayam untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang potensi pisang yang ada di Balai Karangan Dusun Ruis Desa Pengadang Kecamatan Sekayam serta melatih pengolahan produk pangan berbasis pisang, salah satunya adalah pembuatan tepung pisang dan cookies pisang. Dengan adanya penyuluhan tentang penanganan pasca panen dan pengolahan pisang di Balai karangan dusun ruis desa pengadang kec. Sekayam ibu-ibu PKK dapat memanfaatkan buah pisang sebagai produk olahan pangan dan dapat megetahui porses pembuatan tepung pisang dan pengolahan cookies tepung pisang sebagai produk olahan pangan dan dapat memahami kandungan gizi dari buah pisang mengembangkan produk pangan dengan bahan baku tepung pisang sebagai penganekaragaman produk.
