Peningkatan Keterampilan Industri Rumah Tangga Bidang Pangan Kader UP2K PKK Kecamatan Bungbulang
Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meenggambarkan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada kader UP2K PKK Kecamatan Bungbulang Kabupaten Garut. Bungbulang terkenal dengan pengrajin opak, seiring dengan perkembangan industri dirasa perlu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan industri opak sehingga mampu bersaing di perdagangan. Pelatihan dilaksanankan 1 minggu kepada pengrajin opak yang menjadi kader UP2K PKK Bungbulang. Hasil pelatihan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan pengrajin karena pengrajin mengetahui teknik membuat opak yang efektif dan efisien.
