Pemantauan Harga Bahan Pokok di Pasar Genteng Surabaya sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Stabilitas Ekonomi Mikro
Abstract
Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada pemantauan harga bahan pokok di Pasar Genteng Surabaya selama kegiatan magang di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surabaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data harga yang akurat terkait 17 komoditi penting seperti beras, gula, minyak goreng, telur, daging, bawang, hingga cabai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan lima kali dalam seminggu selama empat bulan, dengan survei dua pedagang untuk setiap komoditi guna memastikan representatifnya data. Hasil menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi harga yang signifikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor cuaca, gangguan rantai pasok, serta dinamika permintaan-penawaran. Kegiatan ini turut mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menjaga stabilitas harga dan memberikan rekomendasi intervensi kebijakan seperti operasi pasar ketika terjadi lonjakan harga secara tiba-tiba. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengumpulan data secara real-time sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan publik yang berbasis bukti.
