Onboarding Reimagined : Pendekatan Baru Dalam Akselerasi Integrasi Karyawan di Perusahaan Mekar Jaya Group
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan onboarding reimagined di Mekar Jaya Group sebagai strategi percepatan integrasi karyawan baru. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan studi kasus, penelitian menemukan bahwa pendekatan onboarding yang menekankan personalisasi pengalaman, integrasi nilai dan budaya perusahaan, serta pendampingan melalui mentoring dan teknologi digital terbukti mempercepat adaptasi dan meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan baru. Hasil wawancara dan data perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa program onboarding yang terstruktur mampu mempercepat pemahaman peran, meningkatkan work engagement, dan memperkuat keseragaman budaya kerja di seluruh cabang. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti beban kerja berat, tekanan target tinggi, kurangnya dukungan manajemen, serta fasilitas dan kesejahteraan yang belum optimal. Meskipun demikian, onboarding reimagined berkontribusi positif terhadap retensi dan produktivitas karyawan, serta mendukung konsistensi budaya organisasi di Mekar Jaya Group.
