Edukasi Pemanfaatan Media Sosial untuk Meningkatkan Pemasaran Produk Lokal di Kelurahan Maleer Kota Bandung
Abstract
Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran semakin penting di era digital, terutama bagi pelaku usaha lokal dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial kepada pelaku usaha di Kelurahan Maleer, Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp Business. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi, pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan media sosial meningkat secara signifikan. Dampaknya terlihat dari peningkatan interaksi dengan pelanggan, jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas, serta peningkatan penjualan produk lokal. Dengan demikian, edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial terbukti efektif dalam membantu pelaku usaha lokal mengembangkan bisnisnya di era digital.
