Pelatihan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) bagi Petugas Keamanan PT Garda Paksi Nusantara pada Event Olahraga di Stadion GBLA Bandung
Abstract
The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training for security personnel at PT Garda Paksi Nusantara during the sports event at GBLA Stadium in Bandung aimed to enhance their understanding and skills in managing workplace risks, especially in handling large crowds and emergency situations during events. This training included an introduction to OHS regulations, hazard identification, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and emergency response procedures in critical situations. The training employed a combination of theoretical sessions, group discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice to improve participants' knowledge and abilities in dealing with real-world scenarios. Based on the results, security personnel demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of OHS application, emergency response skills, and proper use of PPE. However, there is a need for further training and regular OHS monitoring to ensure more effective OHS implementation in the future. The training also recommended strengthening internal communication and conducting periodic evaluations to enhance the performance of security personnel in maintaining safety and health during large-scale events.
