Edukasi Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) pada Kelompok Wanita Tani di Desa Gajahan, Colomadu, Karanganyar
Abstract
The Ministry of Health encourages traditional medicine to be used as a complement or alternative in medical therapy. The use of TOGA in Central Java Province shows a figure of 16.9%. Increasing the use of TOGA can be done by increasing public knowledge about the use of TOGA. So that it is hoped that the community has independence in treating themselves and their families in overcoming minor illnesses using TOGA. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the use of TOGA in Gajahan Village, Karanganyar. The service partner is the Gajah Tani Makmur Women's Farmers Group, Gajahan Village, Karanganyar. The methods applied in the service activity include delivering material using powerpoint slides and discussion interactions. Based on the evaluation results, there was an increase in the number of participants who understood the use of TOGA. The results of this activity are expected to be implemented sustainably in independent treatment.
