Implementasi Strategi Pemasaran Home Industri Tahu Di Desa Tanon Melalui Media Online Facebook
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi strategi pemasaran produk tahu pada home industri di Desa Tanon melalui media sosial Facebook, serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha dalam mengadopsi platform tersebut sebagai sarana pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku usaha tahu di Desa Tanon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Facebook sebagai media pemasaran memberikan dampak positif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Namun demikian, pelaku usaha masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi, kurangnya konsistensi dalam mengelola konten, serta tantangan dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen secara daring. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif di era digital.
