Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the competence of Human Resources (HR) in Ngrame Village through training on the digitization of the banana chips business. Ngrame Village has great potential in the banana chips industry sector, but it is still limited to traditional marketing methods and low digital skills. Therefore, this program focuses on strengthening the digital skills of banana chip business actors, by providing training on the effective use of digital platforms for marketing, business management, and product development. With this training, it is hoped that business actors in Ngrame Village can take advantage of digital technology to expand the market, improve product quality, and manage their businesses more efficiently. In addition, this program aims to improve the competitiveness and local economy of the village through the use of technology as a tool for the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). As a long-term result, it is hoped that there will be an increase in community income, the creation of new jobs, and the strengthening of the local economy of Ngrame Village. The program involves a variety of parties, including digital marketing experts, technicians, and local governments, with a participatory approach that allows for direct community involvement in the learning and business development process.
