Abstract

Online sales have become a crucial strategy for MSMEs to enhance competitiveness and expand their market reach. One of the potential MSMEs in Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency, is Hijab Syamil, which specializes in the production and sale of hijabs. Despite the high quality of its products, Hijab Syamil still faces challenges in utilizing digital platforms. Therefore, a digital marketing training program was designed to help them understand and implement digital marketing strategies. The training covered an introduction to digital marketing and the use of social media platforms such as Instagram. The goal of this program was to improve visibility and increase sales. The program’s effectiveness was evaluated through pre- and post-training assessments to measure participants' progress. The initial test results indicated that most participants had limited knowledge of digital marketing. However, after completing the training, the final test results showed a significant improvement in their understanding and application of digital marketing strategies. With this training, it is expected that Hijab Syamil will be able to optimize digital marketing, increase revenue, and strengthen the sustainability of its business in the digital era.
