Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pembuatan Eco Enzyme di Desa Jarak Kabupaten Jombang
Abstract
Eco Enzyme adalah produk dari pengolahan sampah organik, seperti sisa buah atau sayuran yang telah di fermentasi. Pada dasarnya Eco Enzyme mempercepat reaksi biokimia di alam untuk menghasilkan enzim yang berguna dengan menggunakan sampah buah atau sayuran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif yang membantu kelompok mitra dalam menyelesaikan dan mencari solusi permasalahan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembuatan Eco Enzyme untuk warga Desa Jarak. Kegiatan ini berhasil, dengan masyarakat menjadi lebih mahir dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi Eco Enzyme.
