Memberdayakan Masyarakat Melalui Rebranding UMKM Milik Warga Desa
Abstract
NK Soya, UMKM yang dimiliki Ibu Sriyati di Desa Setren, Kecamatan Rejoso, Kabupaten Nganjuk, merupakan contoh nyata upaya pemberdayaan perempuan melalui sektor perdagangan susu kedelai. Usaha ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk membangun lingkungan bisnis yang solid dan kompetitif, dengan fokus pada mempertahankan pelanggan, meningkatkan nilai produk, memperkuat kesadaran merek, dan memfasilitasi pemasaran yang efektif. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan untuk mendukung NK Soya meliputi rebranding, penyediaan informasi produk yang lebih detail, dan pembuatan spanduk. Langkah-langkah ini diambil berdasarkan keputusan Ibu Sriyati sebagai pemilik usaha, mencerminkan komitmennya untuk mengembangkan NK Soya dan meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar susu kedelai.
