Abstract

Quality health services depend heavily on efficient and effective clinical governance. In this context, efficient administration plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. However, many clinics still face challenges in managing clinical information optimally. To overcome this problem, good administrative education is needed, especially in the field of Health Information Management (MIK). The Student Creativity Program (PKM) is designed to optimize clinical management at the Prima Husada Clinic through efficient administrative education. The methods used in this program include an initial survey to identify needs, preparation of a training curriculum, implementation of training and workshops, as well as mentoring and periodic evaluations. The training provided includes health information management, efficient administration techniques, and the use of information technology in clinical data management. The results of this activity show significant improvements in several aspects, including more accurate and faster management of patient data, increased staff ability to use electronic health information systems, and reduced time required for administrative processes. In addition, there is an increase in administrative staff and patient satisfaction with faster and more precise services. Overall, this program succeeded in increasing administrative efficiency and clinical governance at the Prima Husada Clinic, which had a positive impact on the quality of health services. It is hoped that this program can be implemented sustainably and become a model for other clinics in an effort to improve the quality of clinical governance through good administrative education.
