Peningkatan Daya Saing UMKM Bumbu Rujak Cak Mimin Untuk Menguasai Jangkauan Pasar Melalui Strategi Pemasaran
Abstract
UMKM Bumbu Rujak Cak Mimin menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan menguasai jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Dilakukan penyusunan strategi pemasaran untuk mampu unggul bersaing. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM Bumbu Rujak Cak Mimin. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, observasi dan analisis langsung terhadap aktivitas bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing dan jangkauan pasar UMKM Bumbu Rujak Cak Mimin. Dengan demikian, UMKM Bumbu Rujak Cak Mimin dapat mengoptimalkan potensi pasar dan memperkuat posisinya di industri makanan tradisional melalui strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi dan inovatif.
