Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kewirausahaan Bagi Pengurus Paskibra Periode 2023/2024 Kota Bandung
Abstract
Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kewirausahaan kepada pengurus Paskibra Kota Bandung bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengelola organisasi dan meningkatnya motivasi berwirausaha bagi genarasi muda utamanya bagi para pengurus paskibra kota Bandung yang juga merupakan Siswa Siswi SMA kelas XI di wilayah Kota Bandung, Metode pelatihan berupa ceramah penyampaian materi dan diskusi tanya jawab hal ini bertujuan agar pelatihan yang dilaksanakan lebih efektif dan efesien di terima olah para peserta, setalah dilaksanakan pelatihan manajemen organisasi dan motivasi kewirausahaan terdapat peningkatan wawasan dan motivasi dari peserta di lihat dari hasil evaluasi sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan sebnyak 20 peserta memperoleh score nilai di bawah 80 dan setalah dilakukan pelatihan meningkat sebnyak 15 peserta memperoleh score nilai di atas 90 dan 5 orang peserta memperoleh score di antara 80 sampai 89. Pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan perlu dilakasanakan Kembali dimasa datang bagi para generasi muda.
