Deden Adhiantoadhiantogd@yahoo.com

High market capitalization is the hope of investors, because it is necessary to do research on what factors can influence it. This research is focused on knowing whether the variables (factors) ROA, DAR and EPS affect Market Capitalization (Market Capitalization). This research is quantitative in nature, and the samples taken were based on purposed sampling on the performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk for the 2014-2021 period. After all research data has gone through the classical assumption test, it is continued by testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis, and the results individually (partial/t test) of the three variables (ROA, DAR and EPS) do not have a significant effect on market capitalization. Likewise the results of testing with the F test (the joint effect of the ROA, DAR and EPS variables), it turns out that the results are also not significant on Market Capitalization. This illustrates that it is necessary to test by involving other variables to find confidence in the factors that significantly influence Market Capitalization

Keywords : ROA; DAR; EPS; Market Capitalization

2024-06-30T16:31:24+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 EKBIS (Ekonomi & Bisnis)https://journal.piksi.ac.id/index.php/EKBIS/article/view/1312PENGARUH USER GENERATED CONTENT DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA UNMA PENGGUNA PRODUK SKINCARE THE ORIGINOTE)2024-06-30T17:28:47+00:00Latief Z.Nurtiefani298@gmail.comNita Hernitahernita.eldibba@gmail.comDevi Puspita074.devipuspita@gmail.com
ABSTRACT

Every year, the Indonesian beauty business becomes more developed. Numerous local skincare brands have sprung up, forcing many businesses to keep coming up with fresh marketing plans in an effort to draw in and keep customers. Good user-generated material will facilitate customers' ability to research items and make purchases. Brand image is another factor that influences consumer choices to buy; a product with a positive brand image will be simpler for customers to identify and purchase. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how consumer-generated content and brand perception affect choices to buy The Originote skincare products.

Surveys using vertical and descriptive methods are used in this study. A University of Majalengka (UNMA) student who used The Originote skin care products participated in the research. Using the purposive sampling approach, 100 respondents were included in the samples. One tool for gathering data is a questionnaire. Traditional assumption tests, model validity tests, determination coefficient analyses, double linear regression analyses, and hypothesis testing are all used in this work.

The findings of this study indicate that, to a certain extent, user-generated content and brand image have a favorable and substantial impact on making judgments about what to buy.

2024-06-30T16:33:33+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 EKBIS (Ekonomi & Bisnis)https://journal.piksi.ac.id/index.php/EKBIS/article/view/1307EFEK MODERASI KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM 2024-06-30T23:52:17+00:00Sri Utami WidyaningrumSriutamiwidyaningrum@gmail.comMaya Sarimayasari@upi.eduNetti Siska Nurhayatinettinurhayati@upi.edu
During the period 2018-2022, the share performance in the Consumer Goods Industry has been declining. This research aims to find out the effect of the moderation of dividend policies on the impact of profitability on the price of stocks in the Consumer Goods Industry. A total of 95 observations were obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using Eviews. Research shows that dividend policies moderate the influence of profitability on stock prices. When companies apply a high dividend policy, profitability influence on share prices can be weakened. These findings imply that in buying stocks investors need to consider dividend policies to assess future stock prospects. Because of the high dividend policy, it is a negative signal that indicates the company is only focused on providing large dividends to investors without reinvesting in long-term growth and business sustainability.

Keywords: Profitability, Dividend Policy, Stock Price, Return On Asset and Dividend Payout Ratio
2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 EKBIS (Ekonomi & Bisnis)https://journal.piksi.ac.id/index.php/EKBIS/article/view/1315 PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE,HARGA DAN PROMOSI PENJUALAN TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUKSI SOS PEMBERSIH LANTAI PADA SUPERMARKET DI KOTA CIMAHI2024-07-01T03:35:09+00:00Wiwi WarsiatiWiwiwarsiati@gmail.comDayan Natigor Sipahutardayan.hakim@inaba.ac.idAldias Pratama AnjasmaraAldiaspratamaanjasmara@gmail.com2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 EKBIS (Ekonomi & Bisnis)https://journal.piksi.ac.id/index.php/EKBIS/article/view/1313PERAN ROLE AMBIGIGUITY TERHADAP WORK FEMALE EMPLOYEE MELALUI BURNOUT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING2024-06-30T17:28:48+00:00Eli Achmad Mahirieliachmadmahiri@gmail.comNita Hernitahernita.eldibba@gmail.comEngkun Kurnadieliachmadmahiri@gmail.com
The era of the new normal has brought about significant changes, including in the economic sector, with Indonesia experiencing notable shifts. The number of women participating in the workforce continues to increase year by year. They also play a crucial role in the country's economic growth. Women active in the public sector often have limited time to fulfill their roles as wives, mothers, and homemakers. As a result, they are engaged in two roles simultaneously, as members of the workforce and as homemakers. High job pressure over extended periods can trigger fatigue, leading to various issues for employees. However, women's participation in the workforce also brings negative consequences, such as role conflict. This study aims to explore the relationship between role ambiguity and the performance of women in the workplace (Work Female Employee), moderated by the level of job fatigue (burnout). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 21 software. The research sample consists of 100 female employees in Kabupaten Majalengka. The research findings indicate that role ambiguity negatively affects women's workplace performance, while role ambiguity also positively influences the level of fatigue. However, burnout surprisingly has a negative impact on the relationship between role ambiguity and women's workplace performance.

2024-06-30T16:46:07+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 EKBIS (Ekonomi & Bisnis)https://journal.piksi.ac.id/index.php/EKBIS/article/view/1316PENGARUH PENERAPAN TOTAL MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU TERHADAP KUALITAS PRODUK 2024-06-30T23:44:47+00:00Eki Dudi Darmawanekidudi@gmail.comFajar Arif Budimanfajar.arif.budiman@gmail.com
The problem behind this research is the low quality of product at PT.
