Abstract
Majalengka has many new companies that have been established since 2010. The most numerous companies are in the textile industry. This is a challenge for business people living in Majalengka to continue operating by making various efforts. Textile companies owned by Majalengka natives, one of which is PT. Farrasindo. This company is a company engaged in the textile industry which is one of the basic needs of the Indonesian people. To achieve the vision and mission set by the company, employees must have high work engagement. The urgency of this research is that efforts to increase employee work engagement certainly need support from other factors such as authentic leadership style and employee psychological capital. Chairman of PT. Farrasindo has implemented an authentic leadership style. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of authentic leadership on work engagement through psychological capital. The population of this study was employees of PT. Farrasnido has 100 employees. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 employees using a saturated sampling technique where all employees were sampled. How to collect data using interview, observation, and questionnaire distribution techniques to PT. Farrasindo. Data analysis techniques using Smart PLS software.
