Purna Bhakti credit can be used to start a business and for other multi-purpose purposes. Through this program, Bank BJB provides opportunities for retirees to remain productive so as to make a positive contribution to the surrounding environment by developing businesses or other constructive activities in an effort to improve the economy of the community and the country. In the BJB Soreang area, the number of retirees is ±5,000 people, and around 3,000 retirees have registered in the Purna Bhakti Credit (KPB) facility. In the last ten years, there has been an increase in the number of retired customers at Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Soreang Branch, which is proof that this credit facility is growing rapidly. Recently, the Bank combined the Purna Bhakti Credit facility with the HEPI (Provision and Insurance Cost Savings) program, which the Bank carefully designed to ensure the financial well-being of retirees. Currently, the Purna Bhakti Credit scheme is experiencing interest rate fluctuations. Newly initiated loans are subject to an interest rate of 11.5%, whie loans undergoing rehabilitation are subject to an interest rate of 12%. This interesting view underscores the dynamic nature of the pension credit domain
