Abstract
This research investigates the concept of eudaimonia according to Aristotle and its implications in contemporary business. Aristotle advanced the view that eudaimonia, or true happiness, is not simply the attainment of momentary pleasures, but involves the attainment of meaningful and satisfying life goals. This research highlights key aspects of eudaimonia, including the practice of virtue and the development of human potential. Through literature study and philosophical analysis, this research details the concept of eudaimonia in Aristotle's thought and details how this concept can be applied in contemporary business ethics. Analysis involves examining moral values, wisdom, and life goals that involve positive contributions to society and sustainability. In addition, this research offers implementative suggestions for modern businesses, including the integration of moral values in organizational culture, developing employee potential, and increasing awareness of shared goals. The research conclusions emphasize that achieving eudaimonia in business is not just about financial success, but also creating sustainable positive value for individuals and society. Further research is recommended to investigate the concrete application of the concept of eudaimonia in today's business environment.
